Frequently asked questions
How much hair do I need for Bracelet and can I use multiple tails?
Yes, I can use multiple tails...
For a bracelet we will need a good pencil thickness of tail hair as long as possible but no shorter than 15" in length. (approx finger tip to elbow) It is best to cut the hair from the top of the tail, as close to the dock as possible as it is very difficult for me to braid with shorter hairs.
Once cut pop a band around the top to secure the hair and keep it all tidy, this makes it easier should you want to wash it (we do offer a washing option for an additional £3.00)
When you are ready to send the hair to us, we advise you place it into a food bag, enclosing your name, return address and telephone number before placing into a secure envelope, ensuring you use the correct postage option to make sure it gets to us safely.
We will confirm as soon as your hair arrives with us, run through your order and complete all the necessary paperwork at our end, keeping you informed every step of the way.
